How do I find a professional?
Use the search page to browse by category, location, or name. Every listing shows ratings and reviews from real clients so you can compare before you book.
How do I leave a review?
Sign in to your account, open the professional’s profile, and select “Write a review.” Reviews must reflect a genuine, first-hand experience.
Can I edit or delete my review?
Yes. Open your account dashboard, find the review under your activity, and choose to edit or remove it at any time.
For professionals
How do I claim my profile?
If a listing for your business already exists, open it and select “Claim this profile.” You will verify your identity and ownership before you can manage it.
What does verification involve?
Verification confirms your identity and your connection to the business, using documents such as a government ID or business license. Verified profiles display a badge.
Can I remove a negative review?
Claiming your profile does not let you remove genuine reviews. You can respond publicly to any review, and you can report reviews that break our guidelines.
